how long will it take for my order to be shipped?
- the vast majority of pieces are made to order, so please allow up to 5 working days for the order to be built and packaged. processing times may vary depending on order size or the number of current open orders - but i'll let you let you know if the processing time changes.
where do you ship to?
- due to the current state and issues with shipping fees/duties, etc - i am currently only offering delivery to the united kingdom. apologies for any inconvenience caused - i'm hoping this will change in the near future once circumstances in the world improve!
how long will my order take to get to me?
- i dispatch all orders via tracked 48 via royal mail; this service usually delivers the item within 2 working days. you will receive a tracking number once the order is on its way to you.
can i adjust the size / fit of the piece i have purchased?
- absolutely! please get in touch with me either via email (dollsnightsh@gmail.com), social media or the contact function on this website - and we can discuss further.
do you accept returns/exchanges?
- yes - returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
can i cancel my order?
- cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing an order. please be advised that i cannot guarantee a cancellation if the request is submitted after this time period.
do you offer customs?
- yes! again, please get in touch to discuss further. please be aware that custom pieces usually require a deposit to secure the order - you can find more information on this on my instagram page.
do you offer trades?
- also yes! if you're a bit low on funds or would like to offer a service/item(s) in exchange for a piece from my site, please do get in touch - i'm happy to trade with other small businesses/artists. though, please keep in mind that art trades are at my discretion.
what materials do you use?
- all chainmail pieces are crafted with 304 and 315 stainless steel jump rings - which is sturdy, strong and does not tarnish. all other chains are made from stainless steel - as are the closure clasps i use.
- earring closures are made from 925 sterling silver, which is hypoallergenic and comfortable to wear.
- specific materials used for pieces can be found in the product description of each item!
do you offer a warranty?
- all of my items are built to last. in the rare event of a breakage or issue, please contact me and i can happily arrange a replacement/refund.
- every piece of my chainmail comes with a lifetime warranty - i endeavour to ensure all of my pieces are able to be worn to the grave.
how do i clean my pieces?
- all of my chainmail jewellery is made from 304 & 314 stainless steel. this material can be cleaned by soaking in warm, slightly soapy water - do give the pieces a gentle scrub if they're a bit dirty!
- the vast majority of my earrings (unless stated otherwise) are made with 925 sterling silver. this material is less durable than stainless steel, so to clean these closures, wipe the material gently with a clean cloth.
- to prolong the shine of your pieces, keep them in a cool, dark place when not being worn.
